These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, accommodations, restaurants, events, and facilities. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking any service with Varanyam by N D Hospitality, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to specific services.
2. Booking & Reservation
- All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a booking confirmation from Varanyam by N D Hospitality.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information while making reservations.
- We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any reservation if incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
3. Room Rates & Taxes
- Room tariffs are subject to seasonal pricing and availability.
- Prices displayed are subject to applicable Government taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Rates may vary based on room category, occupancy, meal plan, festivals, weekends, or promotional offers.
- Additional services requested during the stay will be charged separately.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card during check-in.
- Foreign nationals must provide a valid Passport and Visa as required under applicable regulations.
5. Room Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room.
- Maximum occupancy depends on the selected room category.
- Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Unregistered visitors may be restricted from entering guest rooms without prior approval.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Varanyam by N D Hospitality, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our guests and the property.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available only if the reservation is cancelled at least 3 (three) days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date may be subject to cancellation charges or may not be eligible for any refund.
- No refund will be provided for No Show bookings or if the guest fails to check in without prior notice.
- Bookings made under promotional offers, destination weddings, corporate events, group bookings, festive packages, or customized packages may have separate cancellation policies.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account depends on the respective bank or payment service provider.
7. Payment Terms
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
- Payments can be made through online payment gateways, bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before check-out.

9. Restaurant & Dining
- Restaurant timings are subject to operational requirements.
- Outside food and beverages may not be permitted within restaurant premises unless specifically approved.
- Guests are requested to inform us in advance about food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Buffet menus may change based on seasonal availability.
10. Property Rules
Guests shall:
- Respect other guests and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Follow all resort safety guidelines.
- Avoid disturbing other guests.
- Take reasonable care of resort property.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities
- Possession or consumption of prohibited substances
- Carrying weapons or hazardous materials
- Damage to resort property
- Loud music beyond permitted hours
- Smoking in designated non-smoking areas
11. Swimming Pool & Recreational Activities
Guests using swimming pools, trekking trails, adventure activities, cycling tracks, or other recreational facilities do so at their own risk.
- Children must always be supervised by parents or guardians.
- Appropriate swimming attire must be worn.
- Guests should follow all safety instructions displayed at the property.
12. Destination Weddings & Events
For weddings, corporate events, retreats, birthdays, and private celebrations:
- Separate quotations and agreements may apply.
- Advance booking confirmation is mandatory.
- Payment schedules mentioned in the agreement must be followed.
- Additional services requested during the event may attract extra charges.
13. Pets
Pets may be permitted only at designated properties or rooms.
Guests travelling with pets must:
- Inform the resort in advance.
- Follow pet policy guidelines.
- Be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by pets.

14. Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to:
Repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the guest.
15. Lost & Found
Varanyam by N D Hospitality is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Any lost items found on the property will be retained for a limited period and returned upon request, subject to verification.
16. Parking
Parking facilities are provided for guest convenience.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
The management shall not be responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or belongings kept inside vehicles.
17. Force Majeure
Varanyam by N D Hospitality shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Varanyam by N D Hospitality shall not be liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Theft
- Personal injury caused due to guest negligence
- Delays caused by external agencies
- Service interruptions beyond our control
Tip: Guests are advised to use lockers or in-room safes wherever available.
19. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, website designs, content, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Varanyam by N D Hospitality unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
20. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
22. Modification of Terms
Varanyam by N D Hospitality reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
